Thursday Afternoon - Over 60’s Group
A very successful group who meet regularly on a social basis in a friendly environment. Through careful planning they manage to provide entertainment in the form of quizzes, games, bingo, guest speakers and outings etc.
Thursday Evening 7.00 p.m.- 9.00 p.m. - Youth Club
A chance for young people to meet and enjoy various activities. Natalie, a member of the Youth Club told me, ‘I enjoy coming to the centre every week. I like playing pool, ping-pong and listening to music. We could always use some more equipment, more CD’s and a new TV’.
Tuesday/Friday Evening 6.30 p.m. - 9.00 p.m. - Motorcycle Club
The group offers young people the opportunity to follow up their interest in motorcycles safely, teaching them to ride and maintain bikes within an organised environment. The club has a very successful display team which travels around the county.
